SUPERINTENDENT

The Board shall employ a Superintendent, responsible for enforcing the statutes and regulations of the state of Arizona, federal laws, and the policies of the District’s Governing Board.

The Superintendent holds full responsibility for the management and administration of the District. All duties shall be executed in accordance with the policies established by the Board.

The Superintendent may establish regulations necessary for the District’s administration, provided they comply with Arizona law, the Arizona Administrative Code, and the Governing Board’s policies. These regulations are binding on all District employees and students.
