CREIGHTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 14

SCHOOL DISTRICT NAME AND LEGAL STATUS

The officially designated name of the District is School District No. 14 of Maricopa County. The official name used in all legal and formal matters shall be Creighton Elementary School District No. 14.

Creighton Elementary School District is comprised of the following schools:

• A. Creighton School
• B. Excelencia School
• C. Gateway School
• D. Larry C. Kennedy School
• E. Loma Linda School
• F. William T. Machan School
• G. Monte Vista School
• H. Papago School
• I. Biltmore Preparatory Academy

LEGAL STATUS

The district boundaries are legally defined as follows:

Starting at the Northwest corner of Section 1, Township 2 North (T2N), Range 3 East (R3E), the boundary runs:

• South for four (4) miles to the Southwest corner of Section 24, T2N, R3E;
• Then West for two (2) miles to the Northwest corner of Section 27, T2N, R3E;
• Continuing South for two (2) miles to the Southwest corner of Section 34, T2N, R3E;
• East for one-half (1/2) mile along the section line to the intersection of 20th Street and the section line;
• South to the midpoint of the intersection of 20th Street and Fillmore Street;
• Then East along Fillmore Street to the intersection of 24th Street;
• North along 24th Street to the intersection of McKinley Street;
• East along McKinley Street to the intersection of 30th Street;
• South to the intersection of 30th Street and Fillmore Street;
• East along Fillmore Street to the intersection of 32nd Street;
• North along the section line to the median line of Sections 1 and 2, T1N, R3E;
• East for one (1) mile, then North for six and one-half (6 1/2) miles;
• West for one (1) mile to the point of beginning.
