CREIGHTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 14

Objective:
Students using district-provided instructional materials, such as textbooks, supplementary books, or educational software, are responsible for the proper care and return of these items. The district will hold students accountable for any damage or loss.

1. Student Responsibility:
   Students are responsible for maintaining district-provided instructional materials in good condition. If an item is lost or damaged, the student will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Students needing a replacement textbook will be charged for it.

2. Use of Collected Funds:
   Monies collected for damaged or lost materials will be used to supplement the district’s budget for purchasing new instructional materials.
